I am writing this letter not because you asked me to but because it is a letter that I feel must be written. It is to tell you how much I appreciate the help you gave me on my move to Friendship Village.
Not having moved in 54 years, I was loaded with apprehension as time built up toward the day of moving. You will recall we talked on the telephone and you heard in my voice how stressed I was. Your reassuring words carried me over to the day of the move. In anticipation of that day, the women who came to my house to do the packing were so quietly efficient and the men who did the moving reassured me that things might work out.
That Monday I drove away from my house in Wilmette and headed for Friendship Village. After the paper signing was completed I was taken to my new apartment. There was my living room, bedroom, and kitchen ready to begin living. Everything was in place. Furniture was in position, closets were hung with my belongings, drawers were as they had been.
My apprehensions were so relieved, it took me a time to learn that it was real.
I should like to thank you again and ask that you pass on my appreciation to all of the people who worked on my move. I shall always remember their splendid service.

Just a quick note to say THANKS
As you know, we have moved in, moved out, moved in again and out 3 times in our new house.
Your team was INVALUABLE to us many many times.
We moved into our new house in October of 2006, and you helped pack, stage and ORGANIZE for the move.
Then, the MOVE went very well, and you and the PAXEM team made a these jobs seem easy!
Our newly built Bellefleur home has been under REPAIRS and RENOVATIONS since the day we moved in our new home.
Here we are, April of 2008, and we STILL are under major renovation to cure builders construction defects that are absolutely unbelievable.
We have had the house packed up twice, while repairs were underway, WOW
The only shining star in this WHOLE mess has been the support from you and the PAXEM team.
We are SO glad we met you at the home show, and we wish that you offered other services as well!
Please feel free to use us as references for ANYONE considering to use your services.
Pat and I have nothing but great things to say about ALL the hard work your folks did ( but they made it look so easy!)
Once the dust settles( literally) we would welcome you bringing out the team for a before and AFTER tour and house warming, once we get the last of the work done in our "new" home

Sorry for the delayed response!! I was so busy completing my mother’s move and getting ready to go away for Christmas. I didn’t want another week to go by without thanking you and your colleague for the assistance.
Quite frankly, I simply could not have moved my mother to Mather without you!!!! Your attention to detail was amazing. My mother has so many fragile antiques and breakable items. Thank you for taking such good care of everything. Every item arrived safe and sound. You were both a pleasure to work with, as well. Nothing seemed to be too challenging for you!!! You and your colleague are true professionals and I thank you for everything from the bottom of my heart. You turned a stressful situation into a more manageable task. I will DEFINITELY be singing the praises for PAXEM and will not hesitate to recommend you to my friends. You can feel free to use me as a reference in the future. Your service is a “value added” proposition and worth every penny.
